O Lord God
Thou art Ruler above the mighty
Righteous Ye reign oer all the works of man
Thy breath stills the atomic fire and rustles the grass in the pale dawn
Thine the lightning that screams through the mind,
Thy electric sky wrought with words unspoke by mortal tongue
King oer the frantic galaxies,
Lord of eye and limb,
Praise be unto Thee from mouth and soul:
Ye man and woman, nation, child, and ghost
Raise trembling voices in acclimation
Know the terror of His awful Being
And each the terror of thine own.

First I will make a few corrections:

Oer should be o’er

In the third line where there is a double all, there should be a comma after the first all or get rid of one of the alls.

Unspoke is not a word, unspoken is. Unless this is an intentional mispelling.

For a poem speaking of God I particularly liked this one, it is not often you get to hear the Christian referenced god be talked about in capacitance of such power and ability. Or perhaps it has just been awhile since I have been to church.

I like the ending:

Know the terror of His awful Being
And each the terror of thine own.

It harkens on the fact that we each of our own evils inside of us and capabilities to reign terror down on others.

Good poem, its solid.

Thanks a lot for this man, this was the first time I tried writing a poem like this that was really religious themed and I found it tough to pull off, but I do like how it came out. The typos are intentionally done to maintain rhythm, except for the double "all" which was a mistake. Good commentating!

It feels forced, the king james has plenty of psalms that don't use the words electric of atomic, but use equally powerful words. I know well the temptation to use olde english in order to stylize my writings, and it doesn't work with words dealing with modern concepts such as atomic and electric.

and what exactly do you follow in terms of faith? Are you simply aware of god and set no religion on Him or do you subscribe to any particular set of ideas on the Almighty?

I figure if you put all of the religions together, you're probably a little closer to understanding God that way, but I'm not sure I have any real understanding of God. I believe, but I'm confused by what I see. Spirituality is a complicated thing.
